QLD
Last week we drove 1200Kms to revist our roots and offer our new sound to some old friends.
On the way up we did our first ever show in Woolgoolgah and Brock did his best ever rendition of Tommy Cub's stage movements.
The next day we drove to the Gold Coast and had the most serene piss stop of the tour just north of Byron Bay

As was The Zoo in Fortitude Valley. Thanks to Kristian F Hawker for providing a killer after party at his humble abode!
On the Saturday we finally made it home to our beloved Sunshine Coast. I was too busy catching up with Family and Friends to take any photos but it was certainly a great night had by all at The Woombye Pub! Outstanding venue.
Byron Bay on the sunday was fantastic and Voodoo was definitely in the air (and the gardens)

PERTHHHHH
'Could Be Bad' Single
Hello Again
We have uploaded a new track 'Could Be Bad' on our myspace page (www.myspace.com/thescare).
This song is the opening song on "oozevoodoo" and will be the second single off this record.
Collectively, it is one of our favourite songs off the record and was written at our permenant rehearsal space in the arse end of Surry Hills. This rehearsal space was also occupied by INXS in the eighties and Billy Thorpe up until he passed a few years ago.
This song also features long time collaborator Holiday Sidewinder from Bridezilla on back-up vocals.
We recorded this song in 3 takes in early december at Mangrove Studios and the only over-dubs are percussion and vocals.
This song was also the corner stone for the strong percussive element of the album.
We are doing the video for "Could Be Bad" with our good friend Tom Noakes, it will be done in Sydney and watch this space for it in the next few weeks. The treatment looks great and involves guerilla projection.
To leave you all,
I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has come out to the shows on the wolf + cub tour,
it has been a blast and we are really looking forward to going to perth this week!
Here is a photo from the Canberra Show that our good friend Stella Rae took.
Thanks and check back soon.
